Shipping costs

All Orders will be charged £4.00 for delivery (includes VAT)

(UK Mainland Delivery charges only – extra cost will be incurred for Non-UK Mainland, Scotland and Channel Island Orders - subject to Courier Charges)

Customers will be contacted with details of any extra charges before items are dispatched.

 

We use Royal Mail and FedEx for our deliveries.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of reciept. Please use the Returns slip supplied with your order.

1. Please email info@touratech.co.uk to notify us of your request for a refund
2. Mail your returned item to:

     Returns Department

3. Include in your package a signed letter or returns note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

We will e-mail you to confirm receipt and advise what action we are taking as a result within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right on all non-defective items to levy a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order for non-defective items.

Exchanges
If your item is unused but has been mis-ordered, you may exchange it for different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.


Shipping Policy

Turnaround
We aim to fulfill all orders comprising stock we hold within 72 hours  - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders requiring stock on Back order from Germany may take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed and delivered

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
    FedEx
    Royal Mail

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that Royal Mail tracking only shows when the parcel has been delivered, no “in-transit “info is available.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on current courier and postal charges, packaging costs etc.. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item within your order goes on back order we may elect ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will normally discuss this option with you at the time of your order.
